Duties will include but not limited to:
- Check actuals times worked on ERS Biometrics
- Performing all functions on PaySpace
- Liaising with managers
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Lead and manage the entire HR department, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff members
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Statutory payroll reporting Work Skills Plan, EE Reporting, EMP501 reconciliation, UIF- reporting.
- All paperwork related to HR (hearings, counselling sessions, KPI, meetings, contracts)
