Manufacturing concern in the Southern Peninsular is seeking to employh a high energy, dynamic HR Manager to enhance the organisation's HR resources with planning and implementing policies and practices HR Leadership Talent Management HR Strategy Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies and keep HR policies updated Talent Relations Compliance Performance Management Development Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance talent skills and performance Company Culture Manage and promote a positive company culture that aligns with our values and mission Budgets Plan and prepare budgets relating to the HR function and ensure that budgets are adhered to Audits Degree in Human Resources Management or related field plus 5 years' experience in a similar role with proven track record in managing HR functions Sound knowledge of HR processes & procedures and legal compliance In-depth knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EE, BBB-EE, POPI and PAIA Acts and HR best practices, policies and regulations Sage 300 People experience is preferential
