HR and Payroll administrator, Kempton Park region.

The client needs someone young and passionate who is willing to put in the hard work to build a career.
Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources of the branch, providing support for all HR functions with a strong focus on:
  • Recruitment
  • Training
  • Employee life cycle management from onboarding, retention to termination and exit interviews
  • Industrial Relations
  • All related record keeping, paperwork and reporting to management
  • SETA, skills development and WSP support
  • HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement
  • Job descriptions
  • Employment Equity
  • Staff Wellness
  • Organograms
Providing a professional "on time" and "in full" pay service to all staff:
  • Weekly payroll
  • Monthly payroll
  • Weekly reports and month end reports
  • Shifts, queries, leave and overtime management
  • Printing of pay slips and distribution
  • Managing access control and time keeping systems
  • Master data
  • Filing
  • Statutory reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Grade 12
  • Relevant qualification
  • Sound knowledge of the BCEA
  • VIP expert
  • Time control and access control systems
  • Computer literate
  • 10 years plus experience in a pressurised environment managing multiple payrolls and 300+ employees in a similar industry
  • Own reliable transport
  • Non-Smoker
  • Willing to work on Saturdays
