Reporting directly to the Head of Human Resources of the branch, providing support for all HR functions with a strong focus on:
- Recruitment
- Training
- Employee life cycle management from onboarding, retention to termination and exit interviews
- Industrial Relations
- All related record keeping, paperwork and reporting to management
- SETA, skills development and WSP support
- HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement
- Job descriptions
- Employment Equity
- Staff Wellness
- Organograms
Providing a professional "on time" and "in full" pay service to all staff:
- Weekly payroll
- Monthly payroll
- Weekly reports and month end reports
- Shifts, queries, leave and overtime management
- Printing of pay slips and distribution
- Managing access control and time keeping systems
- Master data
- Filing
- Statutory reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification
- Sound knowledge of the BCEA
- VIP expert
- Time control and access control systems
- Computer literate
- 10 years plus experience in a pressurised environment managing multiple payrolls and 300+ employees in a similar industry
- Own reliable transport
- Non-Smoker
- Willing to work on Saturdays
