HR Payroll Administrator - Randburg
Manage Rosters in conjunction with Roster Templates;
Review Timesheets daily and data capture accordingly; Daily Timekeeping process
Payroll Processing
Manage Employee Entrance and Exit procedures including interviews, contracts, induction etc including organograms.;
Manage Staff Purchases and Commission/Incentive Programs;
Complete Random Staff Assessments;
Monthly and periodic staff assessments;
Recruitment process.
Manage Disciplinary processes including Warnings, Hearings, CCMA; and liaising with labour consultant;
Manage Compliance & DOL inspections; SETA, WCA process etc
Manage the calculation and payment of Salaries, issuing of payslips and all related compliance;
Manage all EMP statutory returns ie EMP201 / EMP501 / Efiling / IRP5 / IT3a etc;
Monthly / Weekly / Daily reporting;
Implementation & maintenance of Payroll / EMP IT packages;
Implementation & maintenance of various Policies and Procedures
Implementation & maintenance of Training Manual
Staff Training process
Code of Conduct process / POPI Act process
Implemention & maintenance of various team Non-Negotiables, Assessment tools, Dashboards and Analytics. Control sheets.
HR Full function ie KPI, Incentives program, reviews,,employee liason etc
