Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection (end-to-end):
o Identifying recruitment needs.
o Drafting and designing job descriptions.
o Sourcing candidates through various channels.
o Screening and conducting interviews alongside the relevant line managers.
o Onboarding of new employees.
o Reference checks
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and onboarding presentations.
- Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, offering guidance and support on HR policies, procedures and best practices.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Manage HR-related documentation, such as contract of employment and personnel files in compliance with legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.
- Employee Welfare: promote employee well-being and contribute to fostering a positive work culture.
- Assist in performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Support employee relations initiatives and contribute to fostering a positive work culture.
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Requirements & Qualifications- A Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential, a Degree would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a HR role which includes the full recruitment life cycle.
- Experience in the aviation and engineering sector will be advantageous.
- Valid drivers licence.
