Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join the Port Elizabeth team, · Ensure invoices and POD's are handed to the office administrator on a daily basis, · Assisting clients telephonically and providing order feedback. · Quotes o Assisting Walk in Customers o Assisting External Sales People on the Road with Quotations o Pricing Requests · Keeping sales consultants updated and informed of ETA's on orders when stock is unavailable. · Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries, processing and managing of client orders. · Maintain sales consultant order spreadsheet and provide constant feedback and communication to the sales consultant. · Prepare filing and ensure all paperwork and supporting documents are in order before handing them over to the office administrator. · Assists fellow Sales Representatives with the support of their clients during illness, annual leave or general unavailability. · Assists with Stock Takes when necessary. · Arrange and follow up on couriers and collections. · Maintain and update sales and customer records · Ordering stock from procurement department · Develop monthly sales reports · Invoicing and crediting clients. · Grade 12 · Proven experience in a Sales Administrator position, · Minimum 1 year counter sales experience in CCTV is essential, · Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, · Knowledgeable in order management,
