NSS Fasteners is one of Southern Africa's largest suppliers of fasteners and is located in Johannesburg. NSS Fasteners has over 10 000 products readily available in our warehouse suitable for bulk distribution. We are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join our Sales Team and to service the needs of our existing clients, respond to new sales enquiries and to support the activities of the External Sales Team. To ensure that the vision and mission of NSS are projected through maintaining and developing your allocated customer base telephonically, to maintain and grow revenue and profitability. Contribute and achieve the team-based monthly and annual sales by providing superior support for customers. Processing of sales orders by checking stock, requesting replenishment, quote customers to NSS approved pricing lists, capture the sales orders, maintain backorders and resolve any problems that arise as well as giving feedback on areas of concern at all times. Accurately analyze, capture and update all sales orders received on the relevant system, to eliminate any delays in the processing of sales orders at all times. Identify customers' needs and ensure that the requirements of the specific sales orders are met, ensure to track and trace the trail of the specific sales order until it is dispatched. Ensure customers are promptly notified of no stock situations and offer alternatives. Resolve and address any customer queries relating to customer orders/backorders efficiently and timeously in order to maintain and achieve customer satisfaction by ensuring a supportive relationship is maintained with the relevant staff and Operational Managers at all times. Ensure to document and forward any possible leads and new customers to the Business Development Manager and Sales Manager at all times. Forward any customer complaints to the customer services department Speak and write in English Ability to speak and write in Afrikaans would be advantageous Minimum of Grade 12/N3 qualification Accurate and fast data capturing skills High level of organisation Market Related
