Reference: BOK004479-NH-1 Internal Sales Representative Qualifications Matric Requirements 2 Years experience in Hydraulic Industry and Internal Sales Experience in recommending alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications and can source products from data base including costs and selling prices Knowledge in composing a detailed quote Duties Facilitating the process of an order by preparing a sales order Contact customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints Monitor scheduled shipments to ensure timeous delivery Facilitate the return of goods Generate new and repeat sales Remain up to date on new products and customer preferences Setup and maintain customer information files Communicate to purchasing department unexpected increase or decrease in demand for products Assist with counter sales when necessary Notify customers about not stock items , if they do not find it on their order Liase with accounts department regarding customer account on skype Quote follow-ups R 12 000 - R 13 000 - Monthly
