Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company polices. Manage appointments. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, faxes etc) Track orders and reports. Assist in stock take. Receive orders. Receive of stock. Weekly stock accounts and reporting. Assist in daily administration and invoicing.
