Junior Food Safety & Quality Manager - South Africa
Job Specification
- Ensure full implementation and monitoring of the Quality Assurance and Food Safety
Management System including ensuring that the programs are communicated, training
- of all employees and the promotion of the programs amongst management and staff.
- Ensure that all products are produced safely, legally and of a high standard of quality
- Co-ordinate and monitor the implementation of the companys Health and Safety
policy.
- Maintain, control and co-ordinate all functions within the Quality department, as well
as help to develop and oversee the Quality Control team.
