We are looking for a Junior HR Manager to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our human resources department. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. 2. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, assist with conflict resolution, and support employee engagement initiatives. 3. HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage HR databases, assist with payroll processing, handle employee benefits administration,and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. 4.Training and Development: Coordinate training programs,facilitate orientation sessions,and track training completion records.Assist in identifying developmental needs within the organization 5.Performance Management: Support performance review processes by collecting feedback,scheduling review meetings,and assisting in maintaining performance evaluation records 6.HR Policies & Procedures:Assist in drafting,revising,and implementing HR policies& procedures while ensuring they comply with current employment law&best practices.Provide guidance to employees on policy interpretation 7.HR Reporting:Maintain accurate data within relevant HR systems that enables effective reporting across various areas such as headcount,staf fturnover,payroll costs,& others. 8.Assisting in Organizational Initiatives : Support various initiatives including diversity,equity,& inclusion efforts,culture-building activities,& other organizational development projects Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. - 1-3 years of experience in an HR role or similar position. - Knowledge of employment laws,best practices,& compliance requirements - Strong interpersonal skills & ability to maintain confidentiality. - Proficiency with MS Office suite & familiarity with human resource information systems (HRIS). - Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail along with the ability to multitask effectively.
