Our manufacturing client is looking for a Junior Account Manager / Sales Representative to service Clients in the Gauteng region. Suitable for Graduates with 1 - 2 years' experience looking to gain sales experience. Will also consider fresh Graduates with no sales experience. Own vehicle required for client visits. Provide continuous support and service to maintain and grow relationships with key accounts. Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly Conduct regular visits to clients to build and strengthen relationships. Understand clients' business needs and goals to offer tailored solutions. Prepare detailed quotations based on customer requirements. Follow up on quotations to ensure conversion to sales. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and execution. Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to drive sales growth. Address all customer queries promptly and effectively. Ensure a quick response to customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels. Document all customer meetings, interactions, and queries accurately. Complete and submit detailed weekly sales reports outlining activities, progress, and forecasts. Analyse sales data to inform strategies and improve performance. Verify commission reports to ensure accuracy and correctness. Resolve any discrepancies in commission calculations promptly. Develop and set realistic sales projections for upcoming financial periods. Utilise market trends and historical data to inform projections. Matric. Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients. High level of professionalism and customer service orientation. Valid driver's license. Own vehicle. Ability to travel regularly for client visits.
