Candidate Requirements:
- At least 2+ years Chef experience would be advantageous.
- Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others
- Experience in a lodge or remote location setting.
- Knowledge of local ingredients and cuisine.
- Creative flair and a passion for innovation in the kitchen.
- HACCP Knowledge
- Knowledge and experience with PANstrat would be advantageous
