Reference: PS010217-SH-3 A well-established company requires the above to liaise and manage customer queries and stock orders working closely with the external sales team and senior management team to ensure that customers receive their products on time. Minimum requirements for the role: Matric is essential. Previous experience having dealt with customers regarding the stock they have ordered and any queries they may have within the manufacturing and or distribution environment is preferred. Strong organisational and administration skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as a team player. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Managing all customer stock orders and queries working closely with the external sales team and senior management. Liaising with customers regarding the processing of orders. Liaising with various departments to ensure that customer's deliveries of raw materials are met. Ensuring that customers are constantly updated on back stock orders. Ensuring that all orders received are correctly captured. Liaising with the sales team as well as senior management on a daily basis and update them on any developments. Working closely with the external sales team to ensure that they are kept informed of any developments relevant to their accounts. Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries are resolved timeously. Ensuring that credit notes are completed and processed on time. Manage stock and ensure that the warehouse has enough stock on hand for customer requirements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained. Monthly
