DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful applicant will be responsible for but not limited to:
Client Satisfaction:- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing clients by continuously proposing solutions to meet their objectives
- Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
Sales Processes:- Serve as a lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Execute prospecting sales activities including setting up appointments
General Responsibilities:
- To ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Strive to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Identify and manage potential risks within key accounts
- Collaborate with various internal teams
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
- Strive for continuous improvement in performance and approach
- Provide innovative and tailored solutions that address the specific needs of our clients
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing clients with valuable insights and positioning them for success
REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:
- Matric with computer literacy
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
