Requirements:
  • Experience working in a industrial/commercial kitchen will be advantageous.
Duties:
  • Run and manage a confectionary kitchen.
  • Supervise staff.
  • Maintain food quality standards.
  • Ensure food safety.
  • Control spoilage and waste.
  • Stock take and order stock
  • GFSI/ISO 22000 advantageous
  • HACCP will be advantageous
