This role involves ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, handling legal disputes, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong legal knowledge, excellent management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Requirements: Completed Matric Drivers License Bachelor's degree in law (LLB or equivalent) Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdictions Experience Required: 5 years' experience in a legal environment 3 years' Car Rental experience Key Deliveries and Outputs: Legal Advice and Support: Provide legal advice to senior management and other departments. Interpret and apply laws, regulations, and court decisions. Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and dispute resolutions. Document Management · Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. · Ensure all legal documents are accurate, compliant, and reflective of the company's interests. Compliance · Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. · Develop and implement policies and procedures to minimize legal risks Strategic Planning · Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute the company's strategic goals. · Provide legal insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Risk Management · Identify potential legal risks and develop mitigation strategies. · Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect the company. Skill Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
