Candidate requirements:

A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism is essential
Previous experience in a Lodge Management or Assistant Management role
A driver's licence and PDP is essential
A guiding qualification would be advantageous
Must have experience in a 5-star environment
Must be able to manage a team of 11 including creating a positive team culture, supervision, and discipline should it be necessary
Good problem-solving and decision making
Must be prepared to host at night
Passionate about creating and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Knowledge of front and back of house operational requirements
Strong leadership and communication skills
