Duties and Responsibilities

Managing inventory levels to meet agreed service levels.
Overseeing order management for timely processing and invoicing.
Implementing integrated transport logistics strategies.
Handling the total logistics function from ordering to distribution.
Supervising administrative order processing and shipping of CT machines.
Developing and recommending efficient logistics procedures.
Monitoring and improving departmental performance against objectives.
Evaluating and training logistics personnel for enhanced proficiency.
Ensuring compliance with stock protection policies and conducting physical stock-takes with strict adherence to the FAM policy and instructions.
Negotiating contracts with forwarders and transporters.
Authorising local purchases, freight charges, and related financial transactions (Credit notes, overtime)
Administering price management (Standard cost, Sales price, Purchase price) based on business line managers' guidelines.
Providing excellent customer support and satisfaction.
