Minimum 5 years’ adjustment of large and technically challenging commercial property claims. This can include engineering, structures, fire and other claims. The ability to understand complex circumstances and then be able to report them concisely. Sound computer, written, and numerical skills. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional levels of service to our clients and their customers. Proactively manage a file load, meet individual performance targets and deliver a high standard of work. Investigate and report on the facts of incidents giving rise to insurance claims. Gathering and preserving evidence. Establish the cause of loss. Appointing and managing the appointment of other parties. Determining policy liability and providing recommendations to clients.
