As a Management Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial decision-making processes. Analyse key financial data and advise senior management on strategic planning. Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting income and expenditure. Assisting in the preparation of Financial Statements. Variance Analysis. Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards (IFRS). Performing financial recordkeeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential information. Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting and advising improvements. Ad-hoc duties that might be assigned from time to time. Reports Maintenance and Creating. Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours CA(SA) / CIMA Experience: Completed SAICA Articles 5 years in a Management Accounting role Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations Syspro or ERP experience is advantageous Experience within the FMCG and/or manufacturing industry is a must Skills & Competencies: Numerical fluency Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and timely Time management skills Deadline driven Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Able to work under pressure Excellent collaboration and communication abilities If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
