Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on detailed financial data analysis. Develop and implement cost-effective financial policies and procedures, and proactively address potential financial risks. Prepare detailed financial reports and budgets, and oversee the management and forecasting of income and expenditures. Assist in the preparation and review of Financial Statements. Manage income tax calculations and associated processes. Oversee BOM costings and ensure their accuracy and maintenance. Conduct variance analysis to identify and address discrepancies. Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and IFRS in financial management policies and procedures. Maintain accurate financial records and safeguard sensitive and confidential information. Stay updated on regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting, and recommend improvements. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned. Provide support to various business units as required. Maintain and create reports as needed Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: Matric (Grade 12) BCom Accounting BCom Honours CIMA Experience: Over 5 years of experience in Management Accounting In-depth understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations Strong mathematical and analytical skills Experience with Syspro or ERP systems is advantageous Proven experience in the FMCG and/or manufacturing industry is essential Skills & Competencies: Numerical fluency Ability to identify and resolve problems effectively and timely Time management skills Deadline driven - Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Able to work under pressure Excellent collaboration and communication abilities If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
