Vacancy: MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN ROODEPOORT Salary: Market Related. R8-14 000pm depending on experience REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 or Equivalent 2 Years Technician Experience Technical Qualification and Advantge DUTIES: Assembly and Wire 1.1 Get the applicable shop order from the Operations Director 1.2 Use the shop order to identify spares that are needed for the particular job 1.3 Collect the needed spares from the Stores department 1.4 Check your spares and make sure any issues are resolved before starting a job 1.5 Make sure you have the correct drawing (mechanical / electrical) to assemble and wire the job 1.6 Be sure to have changes to the shop order and Bill of material (BOM) signed by Ops Director 1.7 Liaise with the Production Planner to affect changes as per above 1.8 Once completed, please place the job with Quality Control (QC) department for inspection All spares left over must be checked with the Operations Director before the job card is closed off Rework If the QC department rejects the job, correct any mistakes and return it for re-test The post Manufacturing Technician appeared first on freerecruit.co.za .
