We adapt to changing conditions and are resourceful in finding solutions. Maintain the company website with updates and improvement. Design and maintain all digital assets. Manage social media feeds on Linked In. Write and despatch a user newsletter or blog. Create video content and video assets. Provide regular reporting on all aspects of the company's sales and marketing. Create new and innovative ideas to drive our overall lead generation. Maintain the company CRM system, Zoho that is used for all sales and marketing engagement. Clean and maintain the client and user database with Zoho. Manage the lead process from web to sales completion to include, team management, performance reporting, lead qualification, demo set up, follow up activity and all CRM logging. Review and refine the lead management process to optimise conversion rates. Ensure all customer and user records are accurately maintained in Zoho. Obtain customer feedback/Trust Pilot reviews/testimonials for use in marketing and publish where possible. Design and launch a customer expansion plan to grow users through referrals and organic client growth. Technical Support and Escalations Provide hands on day-to-day sales support for new and existing customers. Responsible for the company's sales and marketing applications tools such as Campaigns, Zoho Socials and CRM. Conduct basic customer presentations. Point of contact for customer sales enquiries and online generated leads. Strong background in B2B sales, marketing, client and user services, or lead generation, ideally in SaaS environments. At least 2 years of commercial and client/market experience. or We will consider highly motivated candidates without experience. Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Teams) Knowledge of social platforms, especially LinkedIn Familiarity with other cloud application tools like Adobe express and Canva. CRM experience, preferably Zoho Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Effective organization, planning, and problem-solving skills Creative thinking with energy and drive Confident and assertive with a positive “can-do” attitude Flexible, proactive and self-motivated Able to function as a member of a remote team Fully Remote or Hybrid (Suitable for candidates in South Africa only) R10 000 to R25 000 a Month CTC Permanent Apply Now
