JOB PURPOSE/KPA Organise, plan, execute and implement Marketing strategies to the increase profitability and revenue growth. Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer. Build solid working relationships, collaborate and provide supervision for direct reports Effective cost management and reporting (including bi-annual market research and post campaign analysis etc) Develop marketing policies, standards and processes across the business. Develop marketing operational plan and ensure external suppliers and up to standard. Manage proposals, communication, budgets, PR campaigns roll out, increase brand awareness. Act as the Marketing subject matter expert. Qualifications Marketing degree/diploma or related Post Graduate Degree preferred R800 000.00 - R1 100 000.00
