Mechatronic / Mechanical Engineer - Flexi Hours - South Africa

They build their products predominantly for the Southern-African market in the factory in Cape Town. Yet, as part of the group of companies, they are also truly global, selling products in over 100 countries.
They are looking for a qualified engineer to take ownership of the mechanical aspects of new and existing products.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Ideal candidate would have:
- B.Tech/B.Sc Eng/B.Eng or equivalent required)
- Experience in mechanical design (SolidWorks preferable)
- FEA experience (SolidWorks preferable)
- Keen interest in designing products and solutions for manufacturing
- Hands-on abilities
- Positive, innovative attitude
Bonus skills:
- Worm and wheel geartrain design
- Computer aided machining
- 3D printing
- Basic programming experience (C, Python)
