MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST - South Africa
RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST for a well-established concern, position based in Howick / Hilton KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.
3yrs+ previous working experience in a medical reception / administration environment is ESSENTIAL!
Previous working experience in medical accounts is highly advantageous.
Working knowledge of medical aids.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Previous experience on medical programmes.
Answering telephones.
Taking and making bookings
Capturing patients onto RIS system.
Arriving patients.
Checking medical aid benefits.
Ensuring patient flow.
General duties of reception.
Billing
Receipting / card payments.
Authorisations.
Person must be willing to work between Howick and Hilton offices.
