The purpose of the position is to assess, and train employees on Microsoft Office. The duties will include the following: Assess employees’ MS Office abilities and levels and determine on which level of the different applications they need training on. Have the necessary training materials for the different MS office applications AND provide training thereof. Set up the training room to ensure conducive learning. Arrange and coordinate the training for the different groups according to their needs/levels. Assess employees afterwards to determine whether they have reached the outcomes of each level of the different applications. Assist employees daily should they require assistance with different functionalities on the different MS office applications. Other requirements: Drivers' License and own vehicle Willingness to travel to remote offices Proven track record of training material and assessments format. Qualifications, Experience: Microsoft Certified Trainer - Expert in training of all Microsoft Office applications - i.e Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, One Note and Teams. At least 5 years experience as a Microsoft trainer/facilitator in a corporate envrionment. Fluent in English and one African language.
