Responsible for ensuring that the facilities, layout, and machinery used to produce new existing materials run and operate the maximum efficiency and output. Take full responsibility for your work when on and off-site including safety Inspecting and examining machinery and equipment to detect irregularities and malfunctions Fitting of Couplings Adjusting machinery and repairing or replacing defective parts Participating in the PM program on all equipment for continuous improvement of all machines Cleaning, lubricating and performing other routine maintenance work on machines Turning Crane Operate Working within DBS fixing machines Cleaning Workshop. Operate Milling Machinery Operate Lathe Machinery Adhere to Organizational Safety requirements Any reasonable work-related task asked to perform by cell leader (within the scope of the position National Diploma or Technical Diploma. Trade Certified Millwright (Red Seal) 5 years post qualification experience in Maintenance & Manufacturing Good supervision acumen. Ability to coach, counsel and lead a team of people Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft packages. Experience of working with a multi-disciplined team approach. Understanding and compliance to OHS legal liabilities and requirements
