Mixing Supervisor (Raw Materials Engineering) - Johannesburg
Ensure that the equipment used including the forklift is fully serviceable and report any defective or broken equipment immediately to the maintenance department to repair or rectify the equipment affected.
Ensure that the materials that have been listed in the BOM is available for the mixing process prior to startup in liaison with the Mixing Operator.
Ensure that the Coating Machines is setup correctly as per the BOM prior to starting the operations..
Ensure to follow the works Instruction as per requirement at all times and report any form of spillage , waste & scrap made during the process. Supervision of Mixing & Coating Process and the management of staff.
Control mixing process by means of the VNC System and report any malfunction of any equipment.
Ensure to report any defective equipment to Maintenance with priority to ensure the serviceability of the mixing equipment.

Desired Experience & QualificationNQF level 6 and a Forklift Driver Licenses (Essential)
Previous supervisory experience essential in this position.
Mixing and blending of minerals and chemicals.
Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
