Leadership skills are required to drive the team to increase overall profitability. Experienced in Research and development, Operations, Supply Chain and the entire Fresh Foods Production cycle is a MUST. 10 to 15 years experience in Operations in the retail sector - 5 years or more as a executive for a Large retailer (Fresh).
