QUALIFICATION:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience as a data capturer would be advantageous
- Customer care essential
SKILLS:
- Typing (a competency test will be administered)
- Computer Literacy (MS Excel)
- Data capturing
- Excellent communication, both with external as well as internal customers
REQUIRED ATTUTUDE:
- Speed and accuracy are prerequisites
- Excellent time-keeping & time management
- Excellent work attendance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Sorting all waybills into pre-agreed format, to ensure that they are sent to the correct destination, together with the printed manifest.
- Capturing all waybills timeously and accurately, ensuring waybill number, destination and cash collects are recorded correctly.
- Clearing waybills, daily, left in the system.
- Checking customer statements, ensuring they are delivered in time and a receipt is obtained.
- Answering customer queries on rates and waybills.
- Dealing with customers in a confident, polite and concerned way.
