Additionally, you will devise and implement IT strategies to streamline business operations, ensure the optimal performance of technological infrastructure, and cultivate a culture of innovation within the organization. Develop, implement, and monitor software development policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Implement and promote a robust professional development program, continuously upskilling team members. Set objectives and strategies for the IT department. Select and implement suitable technology to streamline internal operations and optimize strategic benefits. Design and customize technological systems and platforms to enhance customer experience. Plan the implementation of new systems and guide IT professionals and stakeholders. Approve technological equipment and software purchases and establish partnerships with IT providers.
