We are currently recuiting for a PA/ HR Administrator to join our dynamic team. Personal assistant for director Coordinating travel plans, making itineraries, and completing bookings Scheduling and managing calendars Maintaining contact lists Providing as-needed support to directors Process confidential information and correspondence Interact with company corporate service providers Initiate procurement for corporate administration matters Human resources coordinator Collaborating across departments to help plan events and initiatives Collate and checking of timesheets and input into payroll reports Assist with onboarding documentation of new employees Process vacancy adverts and maintain relationship with recruitment service providers Set up interviews and sit in the interviews when required Reference checks on potential candidates Coordinate skills development plans and schedules Skills and Traits Recognize and respond to potential problems Take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively Independently develop viable solutions to problems as they arise Use discretion at all times to be a trustworthy keeper of confidential information Adapt to changing demands and responsibilities Grade 12 5 years and more experience within a similar role Fluent in English writing and speaking Advanced Computer literacy A tertiary qualification in office administration or HR administration Able to support directors in engaging with client commercial departments to request information pertaining to contracts and agreements Able to coordinate all HR matters inclusive of onboarding, career development plans, performance monitoring(excluding payroll) Market Related
