The incumbent will be responsible for panelbeating , diong repairing and general maintenance repairs to the fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate should have above average experience above in truck repairs as a Panelbeater in a very fast paced work environment. Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess extent of damage. Must have the skill to work on trucks (Volvo, MAN). Disassembling damaged vehicle parts. Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired. Straightening and aligning frames and unibodies. Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories. Replacing or repairing windows, interiors, and exterior trim. Should be able to work independently and maintain professionalism. Any additional task that may be allocated to a person which might not be directly associated Panel beating or Spray Painting duties. Have passion for their work and can deliver quality results. Prepared to work shifts and including weekends. Must have experience of greater than 3 years A valid Panelbeating qualification advantagous. Problem solving skills. Good interpersonal skills.
