Remuneration and Benefits Manager:
MUST have an Accounting qualification.
We would like to recruit a remuneration and benefits manager with at least 5 year plus experience. We would like to bring this person into the business as soon as the right candidate is found.
- Currently payroll is manually captured on a spreadsheet and uploaded and sent to an external company to process. Payslips are then sent to the payroll supervisor and these payslips are then uploaded onto employee self service on MyFocus on HRFocus online system.
- The payroll system used is PayOffice HRFocus system.
- Approximately 1000 permanent and fixed term contractors are paid via this system
- This entire payroll system will probably have to be brought inhouse at some point but the candidates must understand that they will have to manage this manually until we decide to change the system and process.
