Reference: FRP002669-TH-1 Purpose: To assist the Payroll & Account teams with the timeously completion of weekly and month payrolls. Reporting to : Payroll Manager Principal Areas of Responsibilities: Obtain PRP Input files from Branches Capture of temp details. Process weekly and monthly payroll. Prepare EFT's. Distribute Payslips. Handle Pay Queries. Receive advance requests, pay and deduct of next pay run. Print payroll reports. Run ODBC Reports. Balance payroll on all reports. Processes various councils as per council specification. Complete all required documentation for the councils. New project assistance and help. Test and trial integrations. Up keeping of all current reports and Setup of new reports where needed. Ensure all is completed accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.
