Payroll Administrator - Gauteng A leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to ensure the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll. This position plays a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and employee satisfaction. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, including salary, wages, taxes, and deductions Ensure compliance with all tax regulations Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records Prepare and distribute payslips or payment reports Address employee inquiries regarding payroll issues Reconcile bank statements and payroll reports Generate payroll reports for management Stay up to date on changes to payroll laws and regulations Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll administration Proven experience with payroll software (e.g., Pastel Payroll, Payspace) Strong understanding of payroll tax regulations Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Monthly Salary: R15000 - R15000
