Reference: JHB001138-ESG-1 Payroll Administrator/Accounts Area: Germiston Payroll Administrator/Accounts Responsibilities: End to end processing of company payroll for wage staff. Calculate bonuses and allowances. Some accounting functions such as creditors. Collate payroll information, process, produce reports and file accordingly. Prepare monthly summaries of payments and deductions. Prepare and remit monthly contributions. Prepare all payroll related reports for the manager. Input new employees and terminations on the system, as well as changes to information. Handling staff queries regarding payroll. Run month end processes. Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports. Work closely with Human resources. Prepare and maintain accurate records. Year-end processing and reconciliation including payment summaries. Ad hoc HR and payroll matters. Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct manager. Complete monthly SITE, PAYE, medical aid, industrial council, union returns. EMP501 calculations and submissions on e-filing. Qualification and skills required: Grade 12 2 – 5 years' experience in payroll. Payroll qualification. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Sage Pastel payroll is a must. Strong administration and organizational skills. Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Industry knowledge of MEIBC Main Agreement. Apply Now
