Payroll Officer - South Africa

Requirements:

  • Matric with relevant Payroll qualification
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in similar role
  • Understanding of Payroll software programs
  • Experience Salaries / Payroll / Wages - Time and Attendance
  • BCEA / EMP201 / IRP5
Duties:
  • Full Payroll processing and administration
  • REmuneration, leave and benefits administration
  • Payroll planning / payslips
  • EMP501 Recons
  • WMP201, WCC and COIDA submissions
  • Monthly, weekly and fortnightly wages/salaries
  • Working knowledge of The Bargaining Council
  • Employment Equity Reporting
  • BCEA
  • Capture personal data onto payroll system
  • Payroll recons and updating the personnel records
  • Overall payroll recons and balancing
  • Reports
  • General Payroll administration
