Requirements:
- Matric with relevant Payroll qualification
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in similar role
- Understanding of Payroll software programs
- Experience Salaries / Payroll / Wages - Time and Attendance
- BCEA / EMP201 / IRP5
Duties:
- Full Payroll processing and administration
- REmuneration, leave and benefits administration
- Payroll planning / payslips
- EMP501 Recons
- WMP201, WCC and COIDA submissions
- Monthly, weekly and fortnightly wages/salaries
- Working knowledge of The Bargaining Council
- Employment Equity Reporting
- BCEA
- Capture personal data onto payroll system
- Payroll recons and updating the personnel records
- Overall payroll recons and balancing
- Reports
- General Payroll administration
