Personal Assistant - Cape Winelands
Responsibilities:
Serve as contact between executive and the sales team.
Plan and organise events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle correspondence, emails and ensure timely and appropriate responses to key accounts.
Prepare and edit documents and reports with high accuracy.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables and correspond with various departments to ensure completion.
Facilitate communication to Managing Director and across the company.
Oversee day to day operations of the Managing Directors office.
Requirements:
+4 years experience.
Tertiary education.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Positive attitude.
Matric certificate.
Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
Drivers license.
Problem solving and organizational skills.
