Personal Assistant - Cape Winelands

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as contact between executive and the sales team.
  • Plan and organise events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle correspondence, emails and ensure timely and appropriate responses to key accounts.
  • Prepare and edit documents and reports with high accuracy.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables and correspond with various departments to ensure completion.
  • Facilitate communication to Managing Director and across the company.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the Managing Directors office.
Requirements:
  • +4 years experience.
  • Tertiary education.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Matric certificate.
  • Must have good communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Drivers license.
  • Problem solving and organizational skills.
