NEW EMPLOYMENT AVAILABLE Title: Truck Part Sales (Counter Sales) Area: Pietermaritzburg Industry: Truck / Commercial Dealership Ref No.: TRG 2181 Salary: Market related TCTC available/negotiable Start Date: As soon as possible A leading commercial truck dealership in Pietermaritzburg , is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable TRUCK PART SALES (COUNTER SALES) PERSON to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in counter sales, a deep understanding of truck parts, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the appropriate truck parts. Provide detailed product information and advice to customers. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately. Maintain inventory and stock levels of truck parts. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless operations. Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and industry trends. 5 Years proven experience in truck parts sales / counter sales or a similar role. Strong knowledge of truck parts and their applications. Commercial Dealership exp required Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using sales and inventory management software. Kerridge / Pinnacle or similar experience would be beneficial. Matric (Grade 12) Certification in automotive or truck parts (adv). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
