Technical Competencies & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Polymer Technology, Polymer Science, or Organic Chemistry.
At least 3 years of experience in a polymer testing lab, with proficiency in PVC formulations and testing methods.
Experience in product development, PVC extrusion formulations, and understanding of stabilizer additives.
Excellent in report writing.
Knowledge of SHEQ regulations, PVC processing techniques, and hazardous materials handling.
Developing new test methods and optimizing product formulations.
Evaluating raw materials and recommending ideal stabilizers.
Analyzing customer complaints and providing technical support.
