Our client is currently seeking Portfolio Manager (Residential) to join their finance team in Johannesburg North.

Job Profile:

Checking and ensuring parking procedure has been actioned (update system monthly)
Debtors control (oversight) Support Services
Approve creditors payments on behalf of owners
Distribute owner statements
Oversee to email payment arrangement requests
Load new tenants on the computer system
Checking and ensuring accuracy of monthly inspection reports
Checking and ensuring headcounts procedure has been actioned (system & tenants)

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric (certificate required)
5 - 10 years experience in the Property Industry (non-negotiable) working with Residential properties
MDA experience
MS Excel Advanced
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
