Salt We have an exciting permanent opportunity with one of our clients in the mining industry We are on the look out for an exceptional Finance Process Architect to join them on their journey to designing and implementing their new ERP System. You will be reporting directly to the CIO and will need a strong foundation in Onesteam to succeed in this role. Responsibilities: Lead and complete improvement projects on time, ensuring effective delivery. Collaborate with finance teams and other functional areas to develop and streamline processes. Configure systems and recommend solution improvements, aligning with existing IT and business structures. Manage outsourced service providers and project initiatives within the functional area. Monitor data integrity within the finance systems and provide high-level analytical support for ad-hoc requests. Key Requirements: Be an accredited CA(SA) Bachelor's degree (B.Comm or equivalent) in Finance, Business Management, or related field. At least 10 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Business or IT consulting. Strong understanding and knowledge of finance systems. Proven technical ability in supporting ERP implementations. Proficient in Onestream Additional requirements: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and graphs. Strong knowledge of ERP systems and implementation programs. Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including support. Proficiency in reporting and analytic tools such as MS Power BI. Solid understanding of IFRS and accounting principles. Proven experience in project management and leading multi-country teams.
