Procurement Engineer - Cape Town City Centre
We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Engineer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will source and purchase high-quality technical items. As you collaborate closely with our engineers, you will play a crucial role in selecting the best materials and equipment needed for the manufacturing process. Further responsibilities will include Supplier management, Cost management, Quality assurance on all acquired parts and materials, costing comparisons, budget forecasting, supplier risk analysis, Syspro maintenance and all further functions related to the procurement of Quality parts and materials.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Engineering.
Minimum of 5 Years experience procuring/buying technical items (Machine spares, repair items, etc)
Working knowledge on SYSPRO would be advantageous
