Reference: DBN002726-ZC-1Our client is in the Pharmaceutical Industry and is situated in Gauteng.A vacancy ha become available for a Procurement Manager that will be required to Optimize the company’s stock holding based on data analysis Streamline the ordering of stock Management of staff Implementing operating systems Minimum Requirements: BCom Finance/ BCom Supply Chain Minimum 5 years experience in the role - advantages Computer literacy -Excel / Smartsheet/Power BI / Pastel/Excel/ Smartsheet Job Responsibilities: (Not Limited To): Navigate and maintain the procurement model – the Supply Chain department primary tool used to analyse stock holding. Also used to forecast future orders and to place orders monthly. Also to analyse monthly sales on the products. (Important: High, first thing that should be done every morning. Weekly warehouse replenishment ensuring both JHB & CT have optimal stock holdings. Communication with Operations team on urgent stock items. Stock transfer between warehouses – Maintain tender and private stock holdings by ensuring stock available on correct product codes. Done by communicating with finance as well as the receiving warehouse. Forecast orders in the procurement model Analyse your bill of materials for local manufacturing Repacking of stock – communicate with the receiving warehouse and packaging companies on stock requiring a re-pack.
