Job Purpose: Assisting the Product Manager on the profile of products with administrative tasks, these include but are not limited to: Vendor inventory and sell out reporting and uploading, while keeping company information secure. Internal inventory and sell through progress and reviews with product manager. Acting as intermediatory to sales for product related queries where applicable. Ensuring incoming stock is correctly catalogued for both online and on-prem sales, as well as ETA's being updated for logistical cataloguing. Assisting product manager on product promotions, marketing initiatives and incentives where needed. Managing the workflow of SITA registrations and approvals on product lines approved for use. Maintaining and publishing the brand specific pricelists on a monthly or weekly basis, as the ruling rate of exchange applies. Responsibilities: Product Management Act as a trusted advisor and technical consultant for all AV UC products and related UC technologies. Develop a comprehensive customers and partners relations strategy and monitor its effectiveness through regular contacts. Prequalify opportunities and understand customers' requirements. Maintain a current expert knowledge of all AV UC solutions and services. Maintain a working knowledge of competitors' products and services and of emerging trends in the AV VC UC industry. Create sales quotes, proposals, and responses to RFQ/RFPs. Develop and deliver sales and technical presentations. Design end-to-end collaboration solutions that address a customer's business needs. Assist customers with equipment budgets, systems requirements, and specifications. Effectively demonstrate AV UC solutions and support demos/evaluation/PoCs. Provide input for development of new products and enhancement of current products. Deliver enablement sessions to partners to make sure they are up to date with AV UC solutions and services.
