This esteemed, multinational company is looking to hire a diligent, driven, and systematic Production Manager with experience from the ICT industry. A varied challenge where each day brings something new The job involves overseeing production processes, coordinating all production activities and operations planning. You will focus on ensuring that costs, quality, and the number of goods are correct while keeping an eye on health and safety. You'll be involved in pre-production as well as the main production stage (control and supervision), and a large part of this opportunity will entail effective people and resource management. Shift work/extended hours/ on-call duties may be required in some instances. You'll stand out if you have: A bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or industrial technology Strong negotiation skills for getting materials within budget at the right time The ability to work under pressure and multitask Demonstrable leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines Are you excited to learn more?
