This individual will be customer focused and must have influencing skills. Must have experience with dealing with conflict management. Must have the ability to manage people as well as presentation skills. Requirements: Grade 12 Mechanical trade test Technical/Mechanical Product knowledge of Material Handling Equipment / Construction equipment / Mining equipment Roles and Responsibilities: Ensuring support and maintenance of current customer data base Technical support, updated service-related offerings, Inspection of rental units in the field as well as the rental fleet. Ensuring effective and efficient administration of the relevant function in accordance with Companies Policies and Procedures. Ensure development of new and potential customers Identify new and potential customers, sales of service-related offerings, customer visits, growth of short-term rental fleets.
